Online Back in Action class
Back in Action is our helpful, free pre-op class for patients preparing for spine surgery. Our hour-and-a-half classes are scheduled regularly at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital for any Inova Spine Institute patient scheduled for surgery. But if you're not able to attend the class in person, we encourage you to take this online version to learn more about how to prepare for your surgery.
